For the last several weeks, I've been hearing that RIT will have a baseball game here and/or there during the weekends, either against another school or within each other (intrasquad). When I woke up this morning, I got a text from a good friend on the team, Skip, saying that there's an intrasquad scrimmage today. So I just grabbed my camera and headed to the new baseball field at RIT (it's still under construction though, but playable).
Also, on a side note, Skip and I have a friend, Chris, who is trying out for the team. You'll spot him easily, as he is sporting a Yankee cap.
Even though it was just a scrimmage and there were no score being kept, it was just great to be back on the baseball field and seeing some of the veterans around, like Michael Burns, C.J. Bolorin and Tyler Ramotar.
