3/13 - AHA Quarterfinals Game 1

For the Atlantic Hockey Association quarterfinals, number 1 seed RIT faced off against American International College. RIT defeated AIC easily 5-0 to put the Tigers the lead in the best-of-three series.

3/2 - My Dream Job/Photos

This post is a little different from the previous ones. I'm going to show you a couple of images that I've taken from gettyimages.com. Those kind of the photos that I want to be taking after I graduate from RIT.

My dream job is to work with the Minnesota Twins as a staff photographer and take those kind of photos. I always love those photos, where the players poses for photos off-field. I always find these photos interesting. I don't know why, but I just do.

3/2 - Extra TwinsFest Photos

Finally, now with the Spring Break happening at RIT (in the middle of winter, what is this, I don't even...) I finally have some free time to work on some of my TwinsFest photos that was taken last month. I've generated a web gallery on the RIT's server that will show you up to 15 photos from the weekend.

Here's the link to the gallery: 2011 TwinsFest

And here's a brief preview of the photos in the gallery:

Minnesota Twins Manager Ron Gardenhire talks to the Twins fans on the radio show

Minnesota Twins All-Star and MVP Joe Mauer is greeted by a young fan, who threw a baseball at him. Ironically, the catcher Mauer dropped the ball.

My boss, Nick Sciarratta, director of Corporate Development for the Rochester Red Wings, puts himself on display for the fans to sell Red Wings merchandise.

3/1 - Arkansas Skies

During the first half of Spring Break, I visited my best friend, Dylan (yes we have the same name, please don't start) down in Arkansas. When I was flying from Chicago to Arkansas, I flew at the right time as I captured the beautiful sights of the skies between Chicago and Arkansas.

2/10 - Fitness Sports Ad

Here's a quick shot of the Fitness Sports uniforms that I took for my advertising class. The assignment was to create a still life and use it for magazine cover.

2/5 - RIT Hockey versus Air Force

In the first matchup between RIT and Air Force, RIT extended their unbeaten streak to 22 games with a 1-0 overtime victory.

Head coach Wayne Wilson looks on the game action in the first period.

Goalie Shane Madolora preps to make a save in the second period.

Forward Tyler Brenner shoots the puck toward the net in the third period.

Forward Adam Hartley celebrates his walk-off goal in overtime.

RIT celebrates their lowest-scoring game ever victory over Air Force.

2/5 - Daniel's Expressions

This was an assignment for my advertising photography class. We were required to shoot a model using up to 36 different expressions. The following are the best six that I've chosen out of the 36.

Kudos goes out to Daniel Durant, who will be transferring to Gallaudet to pursue his dream in the acting business this upcoming fall. Best of luck, Daniel. We wish you the best.
